I like it better than his 1st solo effort.
"In the Heat of the Moment" is my favorite cut.
At times feels overproduced and a definite departure from the rock of his Oasis days.  
It has more of a Traffic vibe than the Beatles influenced Brit Pop sound he's famous for.

Please take a listen to this, at least to "Tennis Shoes" or "Hurt". If you know Thelonious Monster you must know Bob Forrest sings here, and Josh Klinghoffer (Dot Hacker, Gnarls Barkley and Chili Peppers) plays amazing guitar here, mellow and transcending style, really creative album. One of my favourites of all-time.
