I had been playing this album often in 1979 upon it's recent release and so it was playing in mind on a bike tour up to the annual Louden N.H. bike race weekend - well coincidently the Iranian revolution, subsequent oil embargo caused gas shortages and rationing through out the U.S. which caused the gas hog Harley Davidsons Sportster's with smaller tanks (?) barely making it from one refill pit stop to the next causing extra wait times at dinners where this albums soon to be hits ( The Logical Song, Take The Long Way Home) were playing seemingly everywhere we stopped, searing it into my mind as being the soundtrack of that memorable bike race weekend tour summer 1979.

The Beatles - White Album Super Deluxe.png
John Lennon.

Paul McCartney.

Perhaps Paul had a premonition vis-a-vis Beyoncé?

George Harrison, with guest artist Eric Clapton.

Sir Richard Starkey. When Ringo gets a song, Paul plays the drums for him.

The Beatles - Let It Be Naked.png
Master blues men practicing their craft. John Lennon on the lap steel. No frills.

Sir Paul and his piano and his voice, all emotion included.

The way John intended this masterpiece to be heard, IMO.

Doesn't get any better than this.

From 1968 (remixed/remastered in 2018 by Giles Martin), and 1969 released
in 2003 and remastered in 2014, stripped of the fake Phil Spector BS and
therefore naked and much better. HD800 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~> :)
