Steven did a remix of 'A Passion Play'?? I didn't realize that. I don't know why so many people disliked that album, especially ones who loved 'Thick As A Brick' - to me, it was just a natural continuation, and I would have been fine if all Tull albums had been like those two. But as it was, I still love 'A Passion Play' as much as 'Thick As a Brick', and even got to see them perform both when they were released.

I think Steven did remixes of most of the JT releases, and they all sound excellent. For my favorites, add 'Songs from the Wood' and 'Minstrel in the Gallery' to the two you mentioned.

I think I saw the very first Journey concert, at Winterland in San Francisco around the time the first album came out; I quite liked them in the pre-Perry days.

I think I saw the very first Journey concert, at Winterland in San Francisco around the time the first album came out; I quite liked them in the pre-Perry days.

The early stuff shows some progressive / jazz influence, and I really like it. Of course, I like the more pop-ish newer stuff too as it reminds me of my teen years, making out with big-hair girls in my car with the radio on (it was the '80s in New Jersey).

Breaking the rules again. I'm compelled to post this. This kid needs exposure and some love. This is what music is all about, and kids are our future. He's so good. Few hiccups here and there, but this track is a beast.
