Check out that bass guitar - like wow, man! Were they involved in the Ken Kesey experiments?Totally love Jefferson Airplane, especially Baxters, Crown of Creation, and Bless It's Pointed Little Head...

I've just been filing vinyl away today and entering it in Discogs, and one of them was WoV's Index Masters! Stan Ridgway has always been one of my musical heroes, and he's a really wonderful and very funny guy, too...
^ Well, unfortunately enough 80+ temp days (I dislike warm weather; I'll take 0 over 90+...I have cycled, hiked, camped, and backpacked in both! still cycle and hike in both actually) have already passed that it's time to listen to my Rush "summer album" (don't know where that association came from: the cover? the warm, thick, "humid-like" production? some lyrics?) again. First press vinyl ripped to FLAC.
Boston:POV: you wake up in a parallel universe where people appreciate more Boston songs than this one. Wonderful hit anyway.
I agree. Love his sound from the 80s, but if I had to pick my favorite Bowie decade I'd have to say the 90s. Such a wide range in style...'Outside 1' is such an underrated Bowie album; certainly one of my favorites....
