Listened to this on vinyl this morning and it sounded fantastic!

The best versions of 40,000 Headmen and Sympathy For The Devil on record, in my opinion.

@Ripper2860 That is a very nice album! Thanks for reminding me about it.
My first introduction to the Crusaders was the 1977 album 'Free as the Wind'.
I had that, and several others, on vinyl and also saw the band live in about '78.
They were such a tight band!
I recently bought 'Rhapsody and Blue' on CD to replace my vinyl. It is hard to find now.
I also bought 'Gold'- a very good 2 CD compilation with great sound quality.
These were before I got Qobuz....Nearly all of the Crusaders albums are on there

I've followed them since high school (mid 70's). Started with 'Chain Reaction' (1975) and I was hooked. I have every recording via vinyl, a few CDs and purchased all the downloadable I've been able to find. Also a big fan of Joe Sample's solo efforts (R.I.P.) Sadly, I've never seen them in concert.

If you have not already done so, check out their early stuff when they were known as 'The Jazz Crusaders'. Well worth it...
