Robin is a very engaging guitarist. This is the band's
second studio album, released in 1974.


An amazingly beautiful and heavy album by Robbie (The Band) Robertson and many friends.
The songs are adapted from ritualistic Native American music adding modern instruments while
including historic/tribal chants. The tribes mainly involved were part of the Indigenous Canada
peoples including First Nations, Inuit and Metis (FNIM), but the stories also reach to the Dakotas
including the Lakota people. Some backstory reading: Leonard Peltier, Wounded Knee massacre.
