Arturo Sandoval playing tunes of the greats in their own styles and again leaves me wondering if there's anything he hasn't mastered on his instrument - increible.

Wycliffe Gordon - Bone Structure.jpg
Released in 1996, this is Wycliffe "Pinecone" Gordon's first solo album. Actually he
teams up with another great trombonist - Ron Westray - from Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Herlin Riley on drums, Victor Goines on reeds. Superb musicianship is exhibited.

Herlin Riley - Cream of the Crescent.jpg
Released in 2005 with Herlin as band leader. Great musicians participate & shine!

Listening to this with my newly acquired Ori cans. For anyone familiar with this collection, you know how the band gradually begins, one member at a time, during Bill Graham's intro. When Phil comes in, these cans explode!!!!!
