A bit of 'Satch' this evening from his 2004 album 'Is There Love in Space?'

'If I Could Fly' sounds great, especially played loud

It is so good that Satch accused Coldplay of plagiarising it.
I don't have anything good to say about Coldplay, so I won't say anything :zipper_mouth:

@Les Strat I saw Satch live at a small bar in Phoenix in support of Surfing With The Alien sometime around 1987-1988. Phenomenal playing from him and his band including the bass player Stuart Hamm who very nearly stole the show. One of my all time favorites!

Here's a great Stu Hamm song with another of my favorite guitar players, Eric Johnson.

Thanks for this @Roy G. Biv. I'll have a listen to Stuart Hamm.
Unfortunately I have never seen Satch live.
A friend of mine who is a guitarist, thinks he is one of the best he has ever seen.
I have about 12 of his albums, including 'Surfing with the Alien' and really like a lot of his stuff.
The first album I bought was 'Flying in a Blue Dream' after hearing the title track on the radio.
