Cubismo - Cubismo - Cubismo.jpg
A Croatian band playing salsa & latin jazz with a Venezuelan singer. Go figure.

Joe Sample - Rainbow Seeker.jpg
One of my favorite Joe Sample albums, from 1996. Great musicianship abounds.

I am cheating a bit here with a compilation album- 'Ultimate Santana' from 2007

I have half a dozen Santana studio albums as well as the live album Lotus.
EdIt: I think I have a lot more than 6 Santana albums but they are on vinyl and in boxes...
Watching a TV documentary on Santana reminded me of just how much great music the band recorded and got me listening again.
As well as all the 'classics' like Samba Pa Ti, Oye Como Va, Black Magic Woman, Evil Ways, Song of the Wind etc etc, I really like these two;
'The Game of Love' ( I prefer this Michelle Branch version to the Tina Turner one)

'Put Your Lights On'. Fantastic played very loud :beyersmile:

That was crazy.
So much going on in this performance. The backup singers are killin' it trading yeah yeahs with Bolan!! THREE hard ass tambourines and the wickedest most industrial smoke machine. The crowd loses it when he starts whipping that SG. How did someone not lose an eye? I do believe this edges out my other fave glam vid, Slades Take me bak om on I believe TOTP's(posted earlier in this thread). Also, are the presenters sharing the same audio effect insert with Bolan? Their vocal sound strangely processed. Fun vid Ill get some mileage from this for sure.!! correction, FOUR tambourines!?!
