AKG 501's for me.

It's pretty cool when you get chills from songs that you've heard many times before, but never had chills with previous phones.

Yep - the K501s are some mighty fine headphones!

I stopped reading right there. No doubt about it, the L3000 is the undisputed king of headphones!

Of all the headphones I've heard... Precide Ergo 2s so far.

I've only owned or had lengthy demos with the Senn 59x/6x0, Grado <=225, AKG 271/K26P, UM1s, UE sf3pro though so there's a lot I haven't heard. Who knows, with these I may never feel the need to

You had one vote for K240, one vote for K240M. They are not the same headphones.

Thanks for the correction! I'll make the necessary changes.

You have the time to read through five pages of posts, checking my results?

These are examples of the three main flavors of Floats, all designed or inspired by Dr. Joerg Jecklin. Since there are at least 13 different models of floats and they're all as rare as hen's teeth, I move that these three show up on the listing as "Jecklin Floats (various models)"-- assuming you're game for the idea, Balisarda.

I made the K240 vote, so I just had to ctrl+f to find the other one.

I'm also very adament about people maintaining the difference between the K240 versions, since they have bigger differences between them than things with completely different model numbers such as the 580/600/650.
