What are the most emotionally involving/stirring headphones you've ever listened to?

I'm also very adament about people maintaining the difference between the K240 versions, since they have bigger differences between them than things with completely different model numbers such as the 580/600/650.

Since I was the K240M person and I haven't heard the straight-up K240's, care to enlighten me as to the differences? Sorry to hijack the thread for a second, I just love my 240Ms, and if the 240s are better, I wanna know how/why/where I can get me some.

of the cans i've heard so far in my short time on head-fi...the orpheus he90's by a significant margin. the omega II's come in 2nd, with the hd650's right behind them (i've listened to the baby orpheus he60's as well, but prefer the hd650's due to the added weight/low-end extension they provide).

R10 is it for me. All the hypes are ture (if your setup is up to the taskit, you will get plenty of bass response from the R10s while the midrange, high, and sense of air remain exceptional. Did I mention a 3-D soundstage?). Add another vote for the L3000, but the R10 really sets me free.
