After all said above I think the AEGIR will be better in defining and fast transposure of the many dynamics in the music you listen to.
Because of your all classical mindset you'll need finesse more than power.
Because of the size of the room I imagine, one piece will be more than enough.

enclosures about the same size, same heatsinks flanking left / right sides. both 2-ch amp with SE input, and 'monoblock' mode for more power when using balanced input.
Those heatsinks are sharp!

I had a dark beer once which had similar physical properties. You could stick a spoon in there and it almost stayed in upright position.

Stouts and Porters are the only beers worth drinking IMO...
Knew I liked you (though brown and red ales have their places). Actually tried a lite beer with tangerine this evening. Truly “love in a small boat” beer (pretty close to water...).
