Not copious amounts, less than coffee.

Tea barely has any caffeine if you stay away from black. As a big tea drinker I can tell you if you steep them dark enough they don't taste like water.

I used to be like this too.

Now I don't really like water THAT much, but I drink it. Some taps seem to produce worse water than others.

Try decaf coffee and non-caffeinated herbal teas. There are lots of them. I've never acquired a taste for cold coffee, but a lot of people like it. Chilled herbal teas are good, though.

Can you eat ice chips? If you can eat those then you can buy some bags of ice and use that to get water into your system. But if it's the taste of water not the feel of it then this won't help you.

What I used to do was just make 2 glasses of OJ, add about 2 quarts of water and sugar and that tasted alot better for me.

I kinda of know what he means, in the morning I cant stand water. It practically makes me sick to drink it in the morning on a empty stomach. I dont mind drinking it any other time of the day. Ill drink anything else first though. Maybe it has something to do with that we both tend to drink a lot of pop.][/url]

I've heard some strange things about what happens when you drink soda. I read people who drink soda, even DIET soda tend to be heavier then people who don't.

I just avoid soda all together, and most other super sugary drinks or things with fake sugar.
