Violectric HPA V281 - Vorsprung durch Balanced (September 2023 Update: Limited Reissue Edition up for preorder!)

As it seems the new 324 follows the 281 LE scheme except for being able to control gain from the front panel now and the VU meters oc. The rest seems to be identical or have I overlooked something...

I found a picture of the v281LE and v324 together! I thought they were going to be the same size.

I get your point but to me it looks like the original Bad Boy Club logo. More I think about it, why fight it? I'd get the volume knob powder coated fire engine red and put a bright colored fluffy wig on it

Do you mean on the front? Would that do anything other than improve remote control function? To me that's already better than any electronic device I've ever used. If it improved range (not that I need it) it wouldn't be a bad thing of course

The 324 replaces the 340 model.
Both sounding different than the 281.

I'm not crazy about the looks of the V322/V324, but the thing that bothers me probably wouldn't bother anyone else: IMO stuffing 2 Vu meters into a compact faceplate makes these units look like they're tweaking on meth (not that I would know).

But "clown face?" I don't see that. Now, if the footers looked like 2 pairs of these, I'd have to agree"*
