Who suggested the UE700? They are terrible competition for the Turbines, beats, S4, etc.. They are pretty much ruler-flat from 200Hz down so don't expect any bass boost whasoever.

I had the s4i's, currently have the s2's and the beats Tour.  The beats Tour and s4i's sound similar if I recall.  The s4i's have a more aggressive treble for sure, which I actually liked.  both have bias towards bass as everyone knows, but I can't say I would put one far ahead of the other, and when price is taken into account, I would stick with the s4's, between the two.  That said the Tour's sound much better the the s2's...  Better midrange or vocals, sounds weird to say that about a a beats headphone...
 
The cord on the Tour's are sweet though, NEVER tangle... however... I must have funky oily skin, because about 2 inches from the drivers the cord is starting to stiffen up...

I'd say go for the turbines. you should also consider getting some hybridfoam supertips.. you'll get better sound and comfort.
