I have an xDuoo X10 that I received from tomtop a few days ago that I have not opened or intend on keeping. I have a Shanling M5 that I'm happy with and will be willing to sell the X10 to someone in the lower 48. I hope this is ok to post this here where someone who is interested can grab it. I've been contacting them through mail but they didn't respond when my order status changed to on hold, emailed them once again why my order is not yet shipped

I can also confirm that the status of my X10 order from TomTop has now changed to Dispatched. Ordered on the 13th Dec. I had written an email to TomTop enquiring about the status, email was sent on the 22nd.

Getting it sent to the UK, although I won't be back there until the 2nd Feb, hopefully it arrives before I do!

Ordered mine through PayPal and after BS cancelled order.  Paid with Amex, and they will  make sure I get my money back.  Keep at it and you should get a response from them, hopefully.

It sucks that they have the items in small amount causing other orders to be on hold. A long time? 1 month?
