xduoo x10 is comparable with ifi micro dsd with respect to sound quality?

ouchh.....my thumbtoe is sore
..having twice caught the fall of this handsomely made dap
it is such a solidly built beauty, the size sits just right in my palm.
( vs my old daps..too thick too heavy too cheap a feel etc )
 
Very easy to navigate...if u are a "simple" user like me
i just cue from song to song kinda person with no agenda
 
Plugged in my NEW KZ ZST ( usd$11 twindriver WONDER..a MUSTBUY at GEARBEST) :
hmmm....pitchblacksilentbackground is the first sensation that greeted me.
Next, that cool clean saturated sound comes thru...
not warmish, not anemic, not brittle, not slow..
there is a fullness to the sonic atmosphere inside this dap.
 
Phroooommmmm...wow Battlestar Galactica made a GRAND entrance as the spacecraft sailed pass !!
FireBird Suite, absolutely POWERFUL.. the dap doesnt seem to run out of control..
coping with the violent jangling...the brazen thrombones....
the rumbling of the tims...the texture of the drumskin coming thru...A TREAT.
It is not a glob of gluedupsound, good separation n speed...
if u like classicals/complex compositions, this should do
 
Male/Female vocals... v engaging. Ok guys...u know what to do.

Hello,
I ordered one too but heard that there is an issue with the first (split)second of songs being cut. Is it true?

The Battlestar arrived with its nose cone intact...
 
Went thru a few of my fav tracks, dun think there is any truncation..
i would start my drumbeats the same way i am hearing it..
same with some instruments n tunes. 
ok.. i am satisfied a common user like me wont miss a splitsec enjoyment.
 
i got mine from TomTop...
if a plane can reach u, u have my blessing to hit the $button

The high Lo gain switch didnt make a great significance to the VOLUME 
when i switched it back n forth..i dint get a sudden explosion of sound,
unlike my amp at home.
 
But the iem do sound more "energized" on High gain..
(just throwing out abit of info i gathered.)

Initial testing. I'm loving the mids and bass response. IT03's subbass got more power and vocals have more presence. I'm coming from Cayin i5 and Opus#1.

I'm following the thread since i bought the X10 on november 24th and the more I read, the more i get nervous tracking my package from China to Spain. It has finally departed from London and I'll try not to read more until I put my hands on it. It seems to be sooooooo good that I'm really excited to confirm the hype.
