For anybody who has heard the Mason and Maverick, which is the brightest of the two? Also, how is the isolation? The nozzles seem quite shallow from the pictures online. Thanks.

Mason is brighter to me.
You can check my review at Headfonia about the Maverick. I've mentioned the fit in the article, which was great for me both isolation and comfort, especially with the foam tips.

Worth a try reviving an old thread...
Does anyone who owns the Mason V2 care to comment on after-market cables? I want to buy the V2 specifically, but am unsure of the different recessed pin layout. I know regular two pin cables will fit, but do they stay in securely? Can I use my massive stash of normal two pin cables? Thank you for any insight!
