From what I understand, UM will be sending out our shipments individually, correct? If that's the case, then I'm assuming they'll ship them out based on order of completion?

They said that the IEMs would be dispatched from the US, so I'm thinking they'll ship the batch and then send them out individually?

I think when the customs are finished, it gets sent back to Australia from China and then it gets shipped to us.  UM in Aus. has to get the customs and then include the cable and other promo items before it gets shipped to us.  Maybe UM can give us an idea how things are going so far.

I asked if they would be arrive by end of Nov, they told me probably not and expect a Dec shipment.

Don't expect to enjoy them before March 2012 if we take into account the fact that it may have to be remolded because of poor impressions or just bad luck.  May even have to be remolded twice. 
 
Should just forget you ever bought them in the first place.

Well assuming they usual ~5 week turn around time applies, they should ship within a week. =)
