I went to have my ear impressions done for the custom-fit reshelling of my TripleFi 10's. I was going to send the custom molds to Unique Melody in China. But my audiologist told me, he could have his guy in Orlando, FL do it for much less! And in five days time. I told him that I want the UE11 clear cable to fit them. The guy working on them is going to have my original TripleFi cable fit custom molds.

Does the UE11 cable fit the TripleFi 10 pro earphones without any kind of modification? If not, I need to order the UE11 cable right away, and send it to the guy so he can make it fit.

I own the UE-11 pro, not the Triple.Fi 10 pro, but it doesn't look the same to me, look ---> http://www.ultimateears.com/_ultimat...-the-Cable.pdf

no definitely not the same, the UE11 cable is thicker so if you stick it in TF10's socket you will screw up the socket

The old customs were recessed, so the prongs and part of the cable are shoved in. If the prongs were the same size, you could fit them. If they don't fit because they're too fat, you can file them.
