I'm eating humble pie as until a few weeks ago I had not emailed once, so had not been told to expect them 'next week'. Well... I emailed, had a nice reply and got told next week and it's been over two now. My one and only follow up to that email goes unanswered.

I sent my first email to Kieran a few weeks ago too. Responded pretty quickly. I asked if they were still waiting on stock for the PM6s. He confirmed that's what they were doing and that they should replenish stock soon. I sent a follow up email yesterday and haven't heard back. Seems like they can only respond to confirm or deny questions but when asked to provide additional information, they aren't allowed to respond?

I don't think your eating humble pie at all...i supported them through the original trinity bashing as others did too but this I feel is different, clearly nothing is moving or hasn't looked like for nearly a few months and however much we want to support under the circumstances I feel it is only normal to question what is going on.

I doubt the post by @sososerious is directed at you specifically. I've only seen reasonable posts from you. But there have been a few posts over the past some number of pages calling them money scams and telling them to close up shop, which I think is out of line. There's criticizing which I think they are deserving of, but I think such vitriol is unwarranted even given the situation. They're holding a few hundred of your dollars while trying to manufacture the merchandise they sold you, they didn't kill your family (instances of "you" not target you specifically, but used in the general sense).

We make our 'pledge' to buy one and they have to trust US.

If it's finance they need, then they're not in a good position really.

I feel for them, but nothing has been learned as demonstrated by the next offer. Like being in a pub ... same again.

To repeat a poor sales model is a slightly daft thing to do.

I don't agree with this. Can't just keep feeding them money and support the habit. In contrast, I feel more "better late than never" approach. Just get what you started out and delivered. Start from the beginning with a clean slate. Most of us who are upset and no longer want to support the company will move on to other things and a new wave of supporters will come.

I would just like to say that the last post by torment speaks volumes to me and also should do to trinity, a few recent posts also have mentioned directors , owners, company stats etc. I had already checked this information out for myself also, why? well because that is how much mistrust and and how much faith has been lost, what's realy sad is i feel with proper communication all that could have been avoided.
without trinity biting the bullet and coming clean , genuinely sending something with tracking or trying to sort this situation out in some way openly , then I honestly i don't think my faith will last longer than the end of the week and this time i will definitely be pulling out.

While I don't think this needs to go further it is factual rather than speculative and is also mildly interesting:

If the above is true the majority share holder Mrs Timms was also a director at rock jaw before Mr Watts appointment.

So it appears that TA is largely governed by two previous rock jaw directors and headed up by Bob, so it may be that we (the community) have been being slightly rough on the chap! I work for a big company and know that sometimes what you say and do is not always what you would 'say or do'.

So I've been on and off for a week and a half... Situation is now that they're releasing NEW products and NOTHING has been shipped as promised since last week?? Wow... I'm so annoyed and done with them. :\
