Actually - You LITERALLY just explained why in your post. Bob gave a date when shipping would be completed by. He explained that constant updates take time away from getting through shipping, and then people post ridiculous comments that he has to defend himself on.
It's like having a movie come out on a certain date and complaining that you can't see it before then. Some people have been unbelievably impatient, others quite the opposite. Some people are past the point where they feel they can continue to be patient.
While I completely appreciate how people have been frustrated by all this, we all have two options... Wait, or cancel the order!!
If you wish to do the former, don't then choose to complain constantly about it. If you choose to do the latter, it's a shame, but I understand why.
If the deadline passes with no update or IEM's delivered, this thread is probably going to get brutal.
It shows the empty shells of PM6/Air/Hunter from the assembly line I think. That should be enough proof to curb all the ridiculous rumors that the company is bankrupt and stole our money etc etc.
i don't think the concern for most here is when shipping will be completed by, it's the fact that it supposedly started almost a month ago and there are no reports or proof of anything being delivered yet.

...Yes almost a month went past with no proof of delivery of anything, but we were also given a date to wait for. Now we are LITERALLY a day away from that date, plus time for potential delivery...
and this is where i think the disconnect is. we were given a date to wait for - but that date was for shipping to be completed, meaning ~5k IEM's fully shipped with several thousand shipped in the 3 previous weeks which should have been delivered by now. now people seem to be implying that date is the date all IEM's will be shipped on + delivery time. the rationalization for nothing being delivered yet is that UK shipping is slow. how slow are they that it takes over a month to deliver something that trinity claims will be overnight?
i'd love for everyone here to post the post date on their packages once they arrive and prove shipping started in late Feb/early March and prove all the 'nothing has shipped yet' post were wrong, i really would.
look, i've not once asked or complained about where my order is or when it will get here. i have stated i don't have a lot of faith that it will ship by the date given and if it shows up post dated after the ship date promised by bob and his company i won't support them anymore and that's my right to. all i'm trying to do is help people understand why other people are concerned with how the last 6-8 weeks have gone.
And as I've said - I completely understand that! I'm like an effing child when it comes to wanting something I'm waiting for - but this was always going to be something I had to wait for. Again, I totally understand peoples frustrations, but you know the choices. Cancel or wait... but waiting and complaining isn't getting you your product faster. It just ends up in what we have seen... Bob avoids the thread so he doesn't repeat himself endlessly.
Only 2 made the claim about Trinity going bankrupt. Rest of us didn't say that. And the rest of us aren't demanding the item to be delivered now. We've waited this long and will wait for the product. But we want clear information. That has been absent over the last 2 months. We customers that have paid need better communications than what we've been getting recently.
What should have happened 1 month ago (the so called shipping notifications going out) is only starting to happen the past 2 days. So what went on in the past 1 month? why the 1 month delay? No explanations about that. So why not explain it? We're waiting to hear it.
Have the items reached Alabama for folks in North America? Oh no, that shouldn't be asked. If people ask for that info, they're advised to be patient and wait or cancel. It is the duty of a company to keep the buyers updated on a regular basis with truthful info. That hasn't happened.
The North American buyer have to go through this 1 month exercise all over again as the Alabama unit will repeat the process to start shipping the items out. Are we going to get our items shipped in middle of April or later? Please don't show this Friday's dat as the date that all orders are shipped out. It is not the date that all orders are shipped out to buyers. If that's incorrect, let Trinity Audio come out and give an explanation and I'll stand corrected.
Many of us aren't filling up this forum with complaints. We're rarely posting one message every few days. But what we post is important to us and we need to be respected for it. Not classified as whiners or complainers.
Bottom Line: We will know tomorrow and I'm sure that we North America suckers aren't going to get any notifications that our items got shipped. Nor are we going to get any explanations that we rightly deserve.
I'm a KS backer and the notification we got was basically KS backers will not be getting shipping notifications as KS does not do automatic notification. This would require Trinity to email every single person individually. That would be very time consuming. I'd hate to be the person who would have to do that.
I'm assuming it's the same situation for those who pre-ordered directly from their site.
