TRINITY - PHANTOM Series - New thread + WORLDS FIRST PUSH PULL HYBRID IEM!*

Look, I really really hope everything turns out ok. I just don't see how so many people can ignore the way things have gone the last few months. Before that, customers were treated fairly and with respect. Now we are treated with disdain and disrespect and no one knows for sure what is really going on. No matter how many times we ask for clarification or some proof of what we have been told is happening, we get nothing. All I'm going to say and no more posts from me. I'll be a lurker from now on.

The proof is just above your comment.

Actually - You LITERALLY just explained why in your post. Bob gave a date when shipping would be completed by. He explained that constant updates take time away from getting through shipping, and then people post ridiculous comments that he has to defend himself on.

It's like having a movie come out on a certain date and complaining that you can't see it before then. Some people have been unbelievably impatient, others quite the opposite. Some people are past the point where they feel they can continue to be patient.

While I completely appreciate how people have been frustrated by all this, we all have two options... Wait, or cancel the order!!

If you wish to do the former, don't then choose to complain constantly about it. If you choose to do the latter, it's a shame, but I understand why.

If the deadline passes with no update or IEM's delivered, this thread is probably going to get brutal.

Let me just add to your comments.

Everything will turn out alright as there was never anything to worry about, sure some products have had a seriously long gestation period but for those able to keep up with the thread most understand why. It's hard to keep up here and is understandable.

Many questions asked here have been answered over and over and quite honestly got fed up of repeating myself.

In regards to treating customers with distain this is simply not true, those that start causing mass hysteria over nothing and making wild accusations will get a blunt response from me, I wouldn't stand for it being spoken to the way some have face to face so why should I on a forum. Treat others as you wish to be treated and I only ever retaliated to those that instigated it.

The amount of abuse has been unbearable some days and on the whole not justified in my opinion.

After this experience we won't ever do pre orders for not yet completed products still needing some R&D. It's just not worth the emotional roller coaster everyone goes through. Hence the master and vyrus v2 being in production at the time of opening for pre order, same as icarus III.

I'm tired, exhausted and emotionally drained.

I love this place dearly and is like my Internet home from home, there are some truly amazing people here and have been lucky to get so involved with many and help those that we can (you know who you are).

Anyway its after 10pm here in the UK and I need to lay down before I fall down.

Completely understandable reaction to way some have reacted Bob. However, Maybe you could open pre-orders up to invite only, done on the explicit understanding that they will be ready when they are ready. Not sure if this forum has the ability, but you could also make an invitation only thread for those members to post feedback or discuss the details once they have received pre-production models? I think this would be a great way to stay connected to the community, but not open yourself up to the expectation that comes with these pre-orders. Just an idea, but I think you have enough on your plate for now, with the new direction you guys seem to be taking with the Sagaris line.

@Bobtrinity I think its a good decision not to do pre orders.
Not many IEM companies do it and maybe thats due to the nature of the production of these items.
This way no one has a right to complain or moan if they not ordered anything and also good for Trinity as you dont have to put up with this kind of thread and can concentrate on the production of the items instead,

I agree, Either skip them or limit it to invite only.

But knowing it's an option and others posting saying they got an invite will be known. I can hear the complaining already.
