And it seems that hes owned about 10 differenet business with most of them running around 5 years and then being disolved.

According to the filing as of March 03 2016, it appears that Marie Timms is the majority shareholder with 90 shares. Joe Watts only has 10 shares and is acting in the capacity of Director.
