In case this is a serious question, it's a joke. If you' followed the thread the past few months, "one week" has become a meme here because people have repeatedly asked for when things would ship and the answer from Trinity Audio has been that "shipping next week" or some variation of it.

Seems to be a trend with Trinity's hybrid designs; they sound fine just straight out of a phone, but they shine a bit better with some extra power.

I received all 3 orders of Masters, non-tracked shipping. It actually should've been only 2 as I had asked Jake to cancel one order back in March. After explaining the reason for cancellation I assumed it was done. Then I received a shipping notification. I emailed Jake about it, but got no response & then they showed up at my door. All 3 orders were placed 1/1, 1/28 & 2/28. They were received 4/24, 4/27 & 5/1. The first set had a slight imbalance, with the right earphone being slightly lower in volume, so I emailed Jake. I explained that I tested them on 3 different devices, but offered to test on other devices. To my surprise he took me up on this offer. So I tested them again on other players as well as did some AB-ing with other headphones and sure enough, there was an imbalance. Jake requested I send them back so they could perhaps try to repair them. No offer was made to cover my return cost to the UK. Postage came out to about $15 by First Class International. I was able to bill it to my company's postal meter so I didn't bother bringing it up with Jake.

^^^^ no way to fix imbalanced earphones at that price range nor they have the manpower to do so. They should just replace it with a new pair as they are brand new and were faulty out of the box. They also should pay for postage.
I bet you also that if you were to test 10 Masters out of the box they won't all sound the same. Base sound is going to be the same but doing a/b comparison and they will vary.

Sorry man. It was a joke. I personally don't burn in my IEMs. Maybe my ears just aren't that analytical. I've done the whole white and pink noise for hours on end but I could never tell the difference. The only time I did hear a difference with burn in was with my full sized cans.

I would also like to share that I have placed an order for Vyrus 2 and I have received shipping email on 20th Apr. Today marks the 14th work day, but I have received nothing.

Have sent an email in yesterday but have yet to receive an update. Seeing that there are stocks for the Vyrus 2, this is slightly disappointing...

Where are you located? My Hyperion took 18 working days to get to me in SE Asia. And had to check with local post office because untracked and useless postal service.
But I got them, eventually. So should be imminent, hopefully.

I was a little surprised they asked me to send them back. Most retailers would have just sent a replacement. But Trinity is a small operation. It's good to hear that after all the delays, most people seem to feel the Masters were worth the wait.

Yeah... Delays seem to be common game, sadly. Thank your lucky stars you didn't pull on the Master, PM6, Hunter and Icarus III like some of us. haha

Am from Singapore too. Ordered the masters on 9 Feb, after ordering PM6 and Air. Still no news or even shipping confirmation. But from what other Singaporeans in this thread who have received them have said, there's no tracking info but they just show up.

What a surprise, my Masters arrived. And they don't even sound all that bad. At least they have fixed the lower treble distortion of the Master 4.
