  How often are these kinds of events held in Tokyo? I would love to attend some time...

 
Fujiya, big events twice a year. Small events, twice a year.
e-earphone, once a year in Tokyo, once a year in Osaka.
 
So far....no guarantee every year will have the same cycle (e.g. in 2012, Fujiya had 3xsmall events)
