Just to confirm: do the JVC Spiral Dots fit the P1s?

wow, now you got me interested in the Blon03.
the 9038S is so good, is making me rediscover my other IEMs. I just found out BGVP Dm6 benefits greatly when paired with 9038S. Also getting a balanced 2 pin cable for my oldie Unique melody Miracles.
cheers, Jose
I have the DM6 as well, and they do sound good with the 9038s. The Blon03 are probably technically not as good as the DM6, but I love their sound. They are warm sounding, but the 9038s makes them sound detailed as well. I don't think you would be disappointed if you tried them.

As I don´t have the powerdac v2 yet, could someone give some guidance on equ settings used on P1? I´d try something approximate on my rudimentary Cayin N3 Equ control.

The app has a preset for the P1 you can use as a starting point.Hi Isloo, will PM regarding the Blon03. don´t want to derail this thread.

When I increase amp volume with ES100, how to reduce the total volume of the P1? The ES100 app recommends to keep source volume at max (for best performance they say).

Awesome, thanks for the rec on the pure copper cable. any preference between C4 and C16?
C4 won't get to me for 2-4 weeks, but i'll share comparisons then. I'm guessing c4 takes it on sound signature with those fat 63x4 cores. But C16 is probably the more comfortable and softer of the two.

Recently got a 3D printer and made some eartip spacers for the Tin P1. Gives me a better fit with Symbio W Peel tips and slightly more bass than the tips alone provide.

Anyone think a HiBy R6 (not Pro) with it’s high output impedance would have issues? I really like the look of these but I only have the one DAP.
Just fitted the Spiral Dots. Better fit, better midrange transparency, more treble extension, more air, noticeably less bass...
For now, this is how they will stay. Currently listening out of my 6WPC Audio-gd SA-31SE

BTW, I do have one major gripe about the Linum BaX cable: I have never experienced a cable so tangle-prone. The first 5 minutes of any listening session are spent unpicking the knots!

The bax cable will get revenge for not tieing it properly. Its springy self tries so hard to resist tangles that it springs into itself if given the chance.

anyone got the Tri I3 planar/DD/BA hybrid? compared to the P1? TIA

Nope, but people will be receiving the Imr Rah soon, they could compare those.
