Good day bros, unfortunately i didnt get to know these forums before i placed my latest order...

Got Sennheisers HD429, what are your thoughts about them?
Never had a brand name speakers so am excited to try them..

Almost finished narrowing down my next purchase list, got 100$ to spend, And the 2 i ended up with are:
- Audio Technica ATH-M50
- Sennheiser 280 pro


Got gym's / skype IEMs as well:
- MEElectronics, M9P

are they good? Got inkd skull candies atm so should i expect big diference ?



Finally, would it be a good idea to burn in the sennheisers when i get them?
If yes whats a good volume level to play to burn in?

I think you should just listen to them and not worry too much about burn in.

But the M50 is a nicely built headphone for 100 dollars and is a nice relatively balanced sound. I don't think the 280 is a good headphone for music it is very laid back and sounds almost veiled or muffled to my ears. Very boring sound.

A good fun portable headphone to start with is the HD25-1 ii.

Already got the sennheisers 429, easing some mixed opinions about them, would be the first decent headphones i get so i just cant wait to try em, will be getting the .M50s after like 3 months or whenever i have some extra cash
