FWIW, and I know it annoys some buyers having to wait, I actually appreciate ThieAudio being so careful from a QA perspective in the production of the Twins. Better that than just trying to rush them out the door like the vast amount of other makers would do. At least a buyer now knows in advance of the long wait, and can make an informed decision. If you don't want to wait, understandable, but as a consumer, I appreciate the extra care taken in this case.
Makes sense, with exceptions that they are obligated to have transparency on the status though.

I placed an order, received an automated email saying "hey we will let you know when we ship", and left alone without any communications for almost a month on the status..
Hope they do engage and commit a bit more to public /customer relations.

By the way, I emailed them for a status update, I received feedback from Jessie Li of Linsoul saying "we aim to ship your order as soon as possible" (This is just a copy and paste template, well even a CHATBOT can do ) with no definitive timelines..

We need more commitment.

I felt the same way. The good news is that there is a chat button on the Linsoul website, so I asked for status and at least they got back to me to let me know that they expected to ship in early March.

Hello everyone. Thank you for the feedback.
We have currently stopped taking in pre-orders for the Monarch and Clairvoyance so that we can focus on completing the current orders first.
We are monitoring the situation for 1-2 week(s) and we will see how it goes.
Should there be any changes, we will definitely update everyone again.

Really interested in custom Oracle MK2s. Thieaudio please bring back the custom IEM options for your higher end IEMs. Recently had to sell my monarch Mk2s due to fit issues. Love the sound signature but will need to look at other brands if CIEMS are no longer and option.
