The Dignis case really does a good job with heat dissipation for the N8ii vs. stock case.
Ugh. And of course it comes out after I sell mine.

Has the Cayin one been released yet?

Check alibaba, that’s where they said it’ll be sold.
Too late now… but would be a good addition to have a really small picture of the real product on the box label. Just to give an idea of the final design. Like some other products have. We talking about special and limited edition and with so much variation in the final design.I think those look great although I do think @UniqueMelody maybe need to update the stock photo as the production units don't exactly look the same in real life....
That would avoid surprises.
Oh, I see. If they release one with a flap I would not have looked for the Dignis case. But now that I have it, I am going with Dignis whenever they have a product available.Cayin have their own new one.![]()

Looks like its a flap over the volume end but not too sure. It's the same layout for heat dissipation as stock though, wonder if dignis gets rid of heat better due to the extra vents / fins...Oh, I see. That case is the one they should have released as stock, but in a different color. Very similar to Hiby RS6 case. The Dignis case is much much better at heat dissipation than the OG Cayin N8ii case. If fact, it doesn't even seem to get very hot at all. It is very well designed.Looks like its a flap over the volume end but not too sure. I agree. I can feel the heat dissipating but it doesn’t feel very hot at all after an hour and more of P+ AB Tubes playback in the Dignis case. It is very well designed and I appreciate the brushed leather finish which feels less slippery. That case is the one they should have released as stock, but in a different color.
