Exciting day. I finally get to hear the fabled Orpheus ( owner @SteveK27) for an audition.

I think those look great although I do think @UniqueMelody maybe need to update the stock photo as the production units don't exactly look the same in real life....
Too late now… but would be a good addition to have a really small picture of the real product on the box label. Just to give an idea of the final design. Like some other products have. We talking about special and limited edition and with so much variation in the final design.

That would avoid surprises. ;)

Cayin have their own new one. :sunglasses:
Oh, I see. If they release one with a flap I would not have looked for the Dignis case. But now that I have it, I am going with Dignis whenever they have a product available.

Looks like its a flap over the volume end but not too sure. It's the same layout for heat dissipation as stock though, wonder if dignis gets rid of heat better due to the extra vents / fins...

That case is the one they should have released as stock, but in a different color. Very similar to Hiby RS6 case. The Dignis case is much much better at heat dissipation than the OG Cayin N8ii case. If fact, it doesn't even seem to get very hot at all. It is very well designed.

I agree. I can feel the heat dissipating but it doesn’t feel very hot at all after an hour and more of P+ AB Tubes playback in the Dignis case. It is very well designed and I appreciate the brushed leather finish which feels less slippery.
