 well Wayne i honestly feel these days the kids are after the consumer tastebud "WOW" bling factor, and don't grasp the subtlties and flavours of high quality taste reproduction. You can blame Sweets by Dre for that, far too much artificial flavouring and sugary bling for me, but at least it has brought the awareness and a good jumping off point for potential flavourphiles.
