Once again, I'm a 'Road Warrior.' I used to be a sales area manager, and now I'm an area clinical supervisor.
What that means for this thread is I'm on the road a lot, so I have MOAR time for righteous heaviness.

I know this is a couple years old, but every Colour Haze album becomes a classic at some point, and this is no exception. In fact, I think it's a great gateway to Haze that is Colour...

The riffs are heavy and mellow at the same time. Fuzz with heart and soul, from beginning to end!

Hi all!

Lots of choices lately. In fact, up until now I thought 2019 was a little ho-hum on my side of the Metal universe. But, new drops from Sunn 0))) and Dreadnought have caught my attention.

And then this came out today:



This is such a solid, enjoyable album. More on the 'Traditional' side than I usually get into, but who cares. Good music is good music, and this album is frickin' GOOD. Maybe good enough for @Fastnbulbous to make an appearance and say 'hi'.

Oh, and easily the best guitar tone of the year so far, no offense to Sunn 0)))...

Spirit Adrift are indeed one of my favorites, loved them at Psycho Las Vegas last year. Sadly I'm already seeing RBCF/RVG (aussie garage/jangle) on June 4 when Spirit Adrift are in town.
