i'm finally a proud 325i owner...again. my first pair was stolen from my car a few months ago. got my replacement 325i's in today..#4693...bought from my new best head-fi friend, jp11801. he sent it 2-day UPS and even threw in a grado headphone case...all for $225

yes, my 325s are definatly gettting more play time with the new mod i've done, i will be working on a better version today, we will see what happens....

do you 325i owners wear your phones in public? i have to catch the bus to work in a bit, and i'm not sure if i should wear them. i have no other good phones to use while i wait for my sr60's to arrive.

I don't wear mine while walking as they are too heavy and unstable. I would also be a bit worried about them being a target for those who probably don't know what they are, but would find them an attractive target nontheless.

They may be OK while sitting on the bus however.

....yeah; I guess if it wasn't too noisy, I'd wear them.

I find them to be too unstable on my head to wear outside.
Besides they leak far too much for outside listening.

I would say that, due to the color of the earcups, this smiley looks more like a 325i than a GS1000. Looks more like gold than wood to me! Instead of thinking of it as a GS1000, you can think of it as a 325i with the beloved "mushroom" cup shape over-emphasized... a flattering caricature of the 325i.

I am waiting for my pair to arrive. Just one question, do they come with the 1/4" to 1/8' cable or adapter ?

I've been looking for a good one for cousin MS2i too.

A couple are kinda close to the silvery aluminum:

One is close to now; no hair. The other a few years back.

I dunno.....maybe not.

Mine didn't. I use the nice gold one from my k601 box.
