I just took out HD650 foams and put them on my 325i and they sound awesome

Wow, bass is great with these foams, overall I am really liking this headphones. very unbalanced and very specific sound but I love it

I've kept this a secret from Head-Fi...and,well, everyone...but I've been working with NASA(Langley Research) for the past 8 years. They have in fact determined that I have "superhuman" hearing...whatever that means.

I think that covers "hearing separation at low levels".

Thanks, I've been reading a lot on the forum for a few weeks but never posted...

So far ive been listening for about 5 hours. Currently surrounded with hundreds of cds as I rediscover my collection

I congratulate you on buying these awesome headphones, I would say they are one stop headphones, unless you are desperate to get other ones, you should not need any else.

I thought I have a 325i, but now I don't know. It is golden and look exactly like other 325i pictures, BUT I can not find any serial number. I use the large Grado pads and the sound is wonderful.
I have several other headphones - Stax, Sennheiser, Audio-technica etc - high quality and I prefer the 325i (?). If I have 325 and the 325i sounds better, they must good!!!

The serial number is on the back of the box mate. Usually in the corner hand written..
