Headphones.com just shared a segment in a video entitled You'll want to try this at CanJam Socal 2023! where they seem to have announced a 64 Audio NIO 2?(!) Did I miss something @64Audio ?
Nio 2 was the internal designation for the Volür during development. Not sure how that made it into the video.Headphones.com just shared a segment in a video entitled You'll want to try this at CanJam Socal 2023! where they seem to have announced a 64 Audio NIO 2?(!) Did I miss something @64Audio ?

The chart is a bit of a mess and has other errors in it like Crimson costing $6k and Mirai being $2k instead of $1200.

Haha, resale will be mad profit.Wow, I got a great deal on my Crimson![]()
Just a quick observation after A/B-ing the Volur M15 and Nio M12 on a couple tracks (mostly metal and rock), the Nio sounds muffled in comparison to the Volur so I think 64 Audio succeeded in making the Volur a more resolving Nio. Still has that awesome bass slam but bass is tighter and there is more clarity and presence to the highs. Just initial impressions. I like it.

I'm feeling better about my purchase now as this is kinda what I wanted.

That's pretty damn incompetent it doesn't say much for that review site. I would take anything they say with a big grain of salt going forwardThe chart is a bit of a mess and has other errors in it like Crimson costing $6k and Mirai being $2k instead of $1200.

Interested in the volur, as someone who loves the U4S with M15 modules, will the volur suits me? I love bass, but not a bass head. And i dont like the u12t sound.
Contemplating to blind buy the Volur but im scared the bass will be too much for me

Sure but sometimes I wonder how they decide the price positioning of their products. Why would they position $2.5k iem above their $3.6k flagship?![]()
And I'm not talking about 64audio specifically but more in general.
Based on cost ? Based on sound (which is super subjective) in their line up? vs competition ?
And we know it is not because it is more expensive that it is better in sound

Sure I will make a full review in a few days yes I got all modules. They look. Did you also received the M12 module ? Do share your impressions and if you have U12T then a comparison would be great.
This Isobaric system with the two 9mm dynamic driver is easily the best 64 Audio implementation to date who needs BCD and kinetic bass...

Rendering of voices stand outs wow. After the first impressions I thought I get a very bright bass canon the Volür is nothing like this!
