So repair for a A18t is $299? What about tune-up?
I believe what you're asking for would fall under the category of deep cleaning, which is available here for $75. That includes cleaning and diagnostic testing. If there is an issue that requires a repair our team will let you know and you can decide if you would like to pay for that or not.

Nice, I missed it.

I look forward to being a part of the 64 Audio family one day.

Presently, I built a Hugo₂TT specifically for CIEMs which moves it up to #2 in the Chord Food Chain after the DAVE.

DAVE > Hugo₂TT > HugoTT₂ > HugoTT

I look forward to how much I can push the Soundstage of the A18* as the Hugo₂TT has an expansive soundstage compared to the Hugo₂ which I believe you use for battle testing.

@64Audio quick question.. Is it possible to convert U12T to A12T ? I am using U12T from 2021 and want to take it to next step by going customs but it would be big cost if I have to purchase a new A12T so thinking whether the universals can be converted to A12T at some additional cost.

I don’t think they can/will do that, but I’d wait to hear someone more knowledgeable to chime in.

Hi, thanks for your question. No it is not possible to convert U12t to A12t.

Appreciate it. I know you have to be diplomatic on here as you don't want to upset any of your consumers, and cables are a very touch subject for many.

It sounds like you ship the IEM's you sell with a cable which you feel strongly represents the sound of that IEM (that is if one believes cables make a big difference), but whether your company believes it or not, the stock cable with the IEM represents the sound you want to sell. Anyone can dabble after.

Random question, is it even possible to pay extra for a custom version of a universal version of the Volur but with MMCX connectors instead of 2-pin? And that request has absolutely nothing to do with a cable, but a TWS solution called the Shure TW2
I have the TW2 and its not that great. The volume is not loud enough at times and notice a difference in sound quality vs wired. Also the app is geared toward Shure's Iems in that you select the one you have and it increases volume some. They would not do your Volur's justice. I am just using the TW2 with my 846s at my pool while on my float, would never use my U12ts in that environment. You may want to look at iFi Audio GO Pod. I do not have that one but read good reviews on it and they include 2 pin so you can use them with 64 Audio Iems. I didn't go with them because I didn't want to spend that much just to use at the pool as I prefer wired whenever possible.

If I’m not mistaken, typically the custom versions of the 64 Audio iems will turn the signature into a warmer/darker version.

Maybe an A18T would’ve been closer to what you were looking for?

I have tried the u18t and u18s before ordering. Didn't think the custom versions will sound that much different.

Maybe the a18t will be a better choise for me. But I won't order another ciem again until I'm 100% sure its sound signature suits me...

Now I'm thinking of getting a pure silver cable. Hope it will help a little bit.

A silver cable may change sound a bit as long as the IEM has no LID (Linear Impedance Design).
It would work with U18t, Duo (error corrected out of mistaking the 3rd model that is missing LID) and Fourte.. but not with U12t, Trio, etc..

I had the Go Pod and sold them. I like the TW2 better. But I don't use them with the Volur as I don't trust the mmcx to 2 pin adapters to not stretch the pinholes.

The Go Pod to me is ok if you want to listen around the house, otherwise for me they had too many shortcomings to be anything like their name, as in on the Go. If I'm at home in my little condo, and I want to hear IEM's, I have other options and the GO Pods are pointless to me. My Bonneville stay on my Shure TW2 and I have a very nice on the go solution when I am not using TWS buds.
