Really enjoying these but you boys weren't lying about this stock cable..

I love the versatility of the Nio! Glad you're enjoying. They're so different with the MX and M15/20 modules.

It is a bit embarrassing how bad the stock cable is, though. The premium silver that came with the preorder is a massive improvement and what I'd expect to get with something in thus price range.

Indeed, their premium Silver hybrid cable is quite good, very soft and non-microphonic. I actually switched to use it "permanently" now with U18s.

So I noticed that the faceplate of my Fourte is coming off a bit. Kinda bummed about it. Have any of you guys had this happen? Kinda just want to dab a bit of rubber cement on there.
Haven't heard of that happening. Can you post pics. I'm sure that's something that can be repaired with a dab of glue.

I pulled at it a bit and the whole thing came off. If my mask would have clipped it I feel like I could have come off without me knowing and be lost! Glad I noticed lol.

So sorry to see this, can you reach out to support@64audio.com to start the repair process?

Nothing a few drops of super glue can't fix. I wouldn't be sending the IEMs back for that, but that's just me.
