Def gonna try to get more sessions with both the Trio and OG Fourte while I’m in town. I must say I really liked the overall presentation of the Trio. It has good clear mids and well extended treble. V-shaped presentation but I did not find the mids too recessed for my enjoyment. Def a good contender for a great all rounder.
The Trio is ridiculously under appreciated.

Your posts always put a big grin on my face.
Wish you could come to CanJam London (assuming it happens!); what a blast that would be :D
What's that 'slender' looking cable you're rocking there?

It’s a DHC something IIRC

Symbiote 19 if I recall. I personally wouldn't put a pure silver cable on an already brighter-tuned IEM like Noir, but that's just me. Haven't heard this particular cable though.
I had the 8 wire version of it but didn’t love it personally, a little too traditionally bright for me

What ear tips do people use? I am looking for some aftermarket ones for my U12t.

I usually use the Sedna EarFit (not the short). Very comfy, tightens and cleans up the bass, and provides a little more clarity and detail.

I also use the JVC Spiral Dot. A little more comfortable (softer - less pressure) but mids and treble a little more diffuse and bass a little softer. I use it with a spacer for a little extra room from the nozzle mesh (both to prevent wax et al and to ensure the dots are visible).

Xelastecs are the only tips that made 64U work for me. Anything else and the IEMs slip out all the time
