My favorite is still the AKG K-1000. No frills, minimalist and superb sound. I also love the Grado HP-1000 models and the Beyerdynamic DT48. Both have beautifully machined aluminum cups and fantastic build quality. Both are all business, as well, with no styling fuss.

I always like the look of K240(all version) even it was designed almost 30 years ago.

I always thought the AKG K1000s looked ugly as hell. They look like two microphones put to your ear (I'm talking about those professional mics they use in studios).

Number two is the EW9

I'd probably pick the Pioneer SE-A1000, ATH-Pro700, or EP700 for third place, but I don't have any of those, so I'll nominate a cutest headphone instead. The Greenhouse Pig.

The build quality of the DT48 is beautiful, but I think the DT48a are ugly as hell, heavy, and cumbersome, but still love them to death!! To me, the Q10/HE90/Omegas/Vintage AT look absolutely stunning and drool worthy.

DOn know why, i find the PS1000 exudes lots of MANness..... PS1000 for me

MEtallic, BIG and HEavy.. yet in the simplistic look of Grado..
