I was not as enthusiastic on the SR mod as my fellow Head Fi-ers when I heard the demo briefly last October. I found it changed the signature somewhat too much for my tastes as I adore the smooth relaxed nature of the MH335DW for certain genres.
 
However, I will listen again in May with a different mind set, and ultimately feel it would be an additional MH335DW purchase as opposed to just modding on my current 335s......

.... and I am crying here in Europe, can't even make plans to go there.
 
Suyama-san, please bring a new universal flagship. We need something better than TG334. So maybe this SR updated MH335 in universal form (like titanium bore system in other FitEar universals) would do the trick and I am sure it would be a killer like TG334.

spkrs01 I notice the absence of the Private 222 in your signature. Did you ever try them out?

Yeah I have SE5way and even from Clip+ RB the experience I get is tremendous. I am waiting to get a dap upgrade, I want to make a pinpoint decision so I try not to jump on new released daps even I see wonderful things about them.
 
Also, we have some people in Asia who has Spiral Ear monitors, Mim can help you with the system I believe.

I tried to buy at the time that I ordered the 223 and 333 but Jaben HK said they either could not get them as they didn't have the demos, or they weren't being made anymore. I can't correctly remember now.
