It would be great if there was some kind of 'shoot-out' between these amps-- or some more comparisons/description generally. Guess it's hard to find the wherewithal and time/expense commitment to do a 'meta' test like that.

There are multiple great amps out there, so I don't think that just one specific model would win such a brawl. Cans factor in a lot here and such a test surley is going to be A LOT of work. Still, highly entertaining stuff to read for sure

I had a chance to audition it on multiple occasions and enjoyed it, as well. I think my personal tastes lean towards the clean and clinical. I've tried to enjoy more "coloured" amps but must admit that I prefer analytical amps, overall. If I want to change the sound, I rather EQ or just swap out headphones.
