I bought one yesterday using the SAVE25 code ($25 off). Just contacted them via live chat on their website seeing if they could honor the new code and get me the $26 difference. Unfortunately the March15 code only applies for orders from March 16 to March 19 so they couldn't honor it fully due to terms and conditions but they were nice enough to give me a $20 courtesy refund, which is really appreciated. Nice people over at Monoprice.

There was a notice when I first placed the order (the first day the M1570C offer was up) that their volume was much higher than normal and to expect a 5-7 business delay in shipping. Usually takes them a few days to get an order out so not really expecting anything for 1-2 weeks after the order date.

I ordered LP on Monday with $25 off discount. It is still in processing. I contacted the customer support this morning (Wednesday). They cannot make any adjustment. I cancelled my order and submit another order with the $50 discount. And I added a cable with my new order.

I...I didn't think of that lol. It's fine, they still helped enough in the end.

I contacted Monoprice support before I saw your post. I wasn't sure what was their policy. Unfortunately for me, they were not willing to provide credit for the difference. Rep said I can cancel and reorder with new discount code.

I was debating if I should. For you and me, it is $25 difference, so not a lot. It will push me back at least 2 days on delivery. For someone who didn't use any coupon, then difference is $50, which is worthwhile to spend the effort. So I was undecided. But the rep was waiting for me. So I went ahead and have her cancel my order. And reorder online.
