Yes. There were similar issues last year during BF. And it took awhile to receive the headphones. I ordered the LCD-2 on the 24th and didn't get a confirmation until 12/6 and they didn't ship until the 16th and that is after I contacted them. The circumstances were a little different though because of the different versions (wood, aluminium , etc) of the lcd-2. But regardless not a shock to me.
