When I buy something on aliexpress and it said 1 piece per price, does this mean 1 earphone or 1 pair (2 pieces)

It would help to post what you are trying to buy (link).

I cannot image anyone selling just one side of a earphone. 1 piece should mean a pair, but it's impossible to know unless you post a link.

Damn I wanna try and get another sale on the Sennheiser Game ONE headset I think its a HD 598 with a mic boom.

Sad thing is it was on sale for $99 Friday. How I regret not buying it....

The people i've heard comparisons from have said the HD598 is a bit better and it's not the exact same sound. The G4ME ONE/ZERO might therefore be a HD558 or a mix between that and the HD598. Just so you know.

I supposed I could always compromise by buying a HD 558 and putting in the detachable mic boom cable in it? hmm

I'm glad I pulled the trigger. I've got about 10 hours on them and they pretty good.

Seems like a good choice. Nice cheap mic there.

But i would definitely recommend paying the extra 20$ to upgrade from HD558 to HD598SE. I've had both and the 598 has better balance, soundstage and clarirty. The 558 is dark and veiled in comparison. Now don't worry, the HD598 is actually still a very slightly warm headphone, but overall a very good tonal balance. I much prefer the HD598 for gaming, which is what i assume you'll use it for. It's also better for music... Well, everything.

Well I mainly buy used, the HD 558 can often be had for $80 used. The HD 518 even cheaper like $70 used very good condition.

So here is a video on it I suppose worst case scenario I can use this on a HD 558. 518 or 598

The thing is all those 3 headphones have the same exact driver.

I never heard of this brand of mic boom though but it has 5 star on Amazon.
