I am considering buying this but how much better is the bass compared to HD 600? I mean how much stronger is the bass and how much lower?
 
And how is the overall sound quality aswell compared to the open back HD 598?

I got this morning the BoomStick and I spend a couple song listening through my Fostex TH900 and this thing work really good! I'm not an expert but I can notice the different, I will describe like way more soundstage and separation, these are $79 on Amazon but I found mine for $59 on ebay, I can say that I'm more that happy!

There is this one for $99. The Beyerdynamic Dt 770 16 ohm is $99 on ebay. Then there is the NVX XPT100 for $70 on Sonicelectronics. All of these get outstanding reviews. Don't know what to do. Can't get them all unfortunately.
