I decided against these, Koss used to have a lifetime transferrable warranty, but have since changed to a limited lifetime warranty for the purchaser.  These are notorious for having quality control issues, and if something were to go wrong with them, I'm not sure you could claim the warranty since they were purchased used.  Maybe I'm being a bit too cautious, so I'll leave it up to you guys!

It has been many people's experience that Koss takes in warranty repairs, no questions asked. Should have no problem getting an esp950 fixed without being the original owner.
