Nah, the 'multiple times' you are referring to were during the Black Friday sales about a month ago and only lasted about a week before the prices went back up.
This deal is great for those who missed out on the Black Friday sales.

Amazon tends to constantly adjust its price so any drop or deal would only last for a limited time, which means a historical drop post, when you saw it, might already expired (in that case, a search usually would not work as previous deals or coupons are likely not valid anyone). I updated this information just in case someone missed the Black Friday drop and now changes the mind and decide to grab one.
As for the case of HD-560, I do not know how long the previous drop lasted. But when I check the price of this headphone last week it was 899 on Amazon.

Yes, Razordogaudio had the hifiman deal for a while, but it is good to have Amazon as an option. If you happen to have a Chase Freedom credit card you can get 10% cashback purchasing from Amazon (Amazon itself and third party retailers fulfilled by amazon), so this sounds a better deal even in most states you need to pay tax.
