Open back, on-ear & "great isolation"? 

There are companies that are the epitome of "diminishing returns" in audio... I find B&O to be in that group... usually good gear but their pricing model is out of whack for what I am looking for.  Too many years using dealer only supply channels.
 
Edit - Amazon info indicates these are actually closed headphones... that cloth appears to be for show only.
