The amazon 598 black friday deal is for the "new" 598 SE.  It hasn't changed sonically, just changed the color, and added an additional cable.  The 598's were $100 last year on Amazon, they started my headphone deal obsession!

This is a really great deal, if you price the HD600 at $225-$250 (prices earlier this year), you are still getting a great deal on the DT770 80 Ohm as that's generally the more expensive version of the DT 770's.  I wish I could pretend I didn't have either of them, and rebuy!

Dammit, seems like this is going to be a good Black Friday for headphones and stuff. Too bad Im on a budget right now . Looks like next year will be better for me .
