Purchased.  Been looking for a decent (and cheap) pair of ANC headphones.  Now I'm curious to see if it comes with all accessories (mainly the case).  Time will tell I guess...

Excellent!  From the photos, looks like the condition might be better than just "good".  Heck of a deal for around $23.

- is it Manufacturer refurbed or Newegg/3rd Party refurbed?

It usually says on the bottom of the page who sells the stuff on NeweggFlash.
In this case, it looks like Newegg sells them. Also, Newegg had this listing few days ago too.
As for the second question, I've no idea. Most likely Newegg refurbs from last year's Amperior sale.
